Gathering from different corners of Europe is always a delight for us!
On 20-21 June 2023, all project partners, physically and virtually, convened in Athens for the 2-day QuantiFarm 3rd project meeting hosted at the Agricultural University of Athens. This event presented a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the project’s first year in action and share updates, results, and ongoing activities. Given the diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise among participants, fostering interaction and collaboration was crucial for the project’s success. To facilitate this, numerous discussions and interactive exercises were organized, sparking fruitful dialogues and encouraging collaboration. Let’s take a closer look at the meeting’s highlights:
Our coordinator, Nikolaos Marianos from GAIA ΕΠΙΧΕΙΡΕΙΝ, provided an overview of the meeting and shared project management updates.
TNO presented the results of behaviour innovation and stakeholder engagement.
Politecnico di Milano shared key findings from the project’s assessment framework.
CONSULAI highlighted the progress made in testing and assessing digital technologies in real conditions.
Foodscale Hub focused on communication, community building, and exploitation.
Confagricoltura provided updates on policy making and capacity building.
NEUROPUBLIC offered an overview of the digital tools available for farmers, advisors, and policymakers.
Participants engaged in parallel sessions that focused on co-defining the project’s toolkit, specifically the recommendation tool and the policy monitoring tool.
A training session on the 2nd financial report was conducted by our coordinator, GAIA ΕΠΙΧΕΙΡΕΙΝ.
The meeting concluded with a discussion session, allowing participants to receive feedback, share viewpoints, and wrap up the two-day event.
It was a pleasure to reconnect, share project updates, and plans for the future. We look forward to seeing everyone at the upcoming Synergy Days on 4th and 5th October in Thessaloniki!
