Our activities in February 2023

February: Another busy month for our active consortium! During this month our partners seized all opportunities to attend events around Europe, aiming to raise awareness regarding the project and its goals.

Are you excited to learn more? Let’s have a look at the activities of our partners in February!

On 2-5 February, our Project Coordinator GAIA EPICHEIREIN S.A. along with our partner NEUROPUBLIC S.A. visited the 10th Zootechnia Expo in Thessaloniki, Greece!

A few words about Zootechnia:

Zootechnia Expo is one of the most important meeting places of the livestock and poultry sector, especially this year, as it featured 900 exhibitors and exceeded the participation levels of all past events. It is noteworthy that this year’s indirect exhibitors came from 38 countries and direct exhibitors from 11, making it the first time that Zootechnia featured such a large number of exhibitors from other countries! (Find more information about Zootechnia Expo here: https://lnkd.in/dtsGbpZ4).

During the exhibition, QuantiFarm was represented by GAIA EPICHEIREIN S.A. and NEUROPUBLIC S.A, and communicated its challenges, expectations and goals to important  stakeholders from the poultry and livestock sector. Our partners also had the chance to distribute brochures to all participants interested in knowing our project in depth. It is always a pleasure for us to meet people with the same interests and exchange our viewpoints!

Moving on, a few days later, our partner Confagricoltura travelled all the way to Toulouse, France to visit the World FIRA 2023 (7-9 February)!

A few words about the World FIRA 2023:

World FIRA is an event aiming to support the development and promotion of Agricultural Robotics worldwide. It is the world’s leading event for innovations showcase in agricultural automation and robotics. Since 2016, it is the only event to discover new entrants and most advanced technologies for autonomous farming, bringing on stage the state-of-the-art of the latest innovations of the industry in terms of technologies, legislations, scientific researches, and user cases. (More information about World Fira here: https://www.fira-agtech.com/event/world-fira-2023 ).

During this international event, the Confagricoltura team had the opportunity to establish strong relationships with stakeholders and potential synergies for our project, by showcasing QuantiFarm’s objectives to a broader audience. It was, undoubtedly, an excellent occasion for our project to gain attention and find its place among other projects of the agricultural and technological sector!
