From October 23–25, our partner CEMA represented QuantiFarm at the European Farmers Congress in Bucharest, where Research Director Vanja Biševac joined over 300 farmers and EU leaders. This event served as a key platform to discuss digital agriculture solutions and our commitment to sustainable farming. In September, AGRIDEA represented QuantiFarm at the EUFRAS IALB SEASN Conference in Edinburgh, where we hosted an interactive poster session. Attendees explored our project’s core principles and saw firsthand how our smart farming solutions are reshaping agriculture in Europe. A big thank you to everyone who engaged with our work!
Confagricoltura spotlighted QuantiFarm at the G7 Agriculture Ministers’ Meeting in Siracusa, showcasing our project at the “Confagorà” stand. Policymakers, tech experts, farmers, and scientists learned about QuantiFarm’s impact on digitalizing agriculture and advancing sustainability across the continent. Well done to Confagricoltura for this outstanding representation!
Confagricoltura represented QuantiFarm at the IUFoST 2024 Congress in Rimini, Italy, held from September 8–12, an international gathering focused on food science and technology. Confagricoltura’s detailed presentation on QuantiFarm’s innovations and impact attracted a diverse audience of policymakers, food technologists, food processors, and retailers, with the congress gathering approximately 2,600 attendees in total.
TNO joined the Semantics 2024 Conference, presenting QuantiFarm’s semantic model and toolkit. Daan Di Scala from TNO engaged with over 400 participants on our recommender tool, fostering lively discussions about the future of digital agriculture. We look forward to TNO’s ongoing contributions in this field!
Our partner KGZS – Zavod Murska Sobota along with ITC launched DIH AGRIFOOD applications at AGRA 2024, with farmers testing tools like Task Diary and My Farm for detailed operational insights. Seeing our solutions implemented is incredibly rewarding—thank you for driving innovation in Slovenian agriculture!
Politecnico di Milano represented QuantiFarm at EurOMA 2024, where Verónica León Bravo presented our assessment framework for digital agriculture technologies. This event connected us with students, academics, and publishers, inspiring deeper conversations about sustainable and data-driven agriculture.
